A Cordon Bleu-trained, Red Seal Chef with over 15 years experience styling food for magazines, cookbooks and product packaging. Her comprehensive culinary knowledge allows her to bring out the best in any recipe. She loves to tell the stories of the flavours of the food through film.

Recipe Development & Testing
James Bullock is a Red Seal Chef, Journeyman Baker and Pastry Chef who spent nearly a decade as a Recipe Tester for Canada's largest cookbook company - Company's Coming. His meticulous attention to detail ensures recipes are thoroughly tested, and his extensive experience helps him make appropriate suggestions when improvements are required.
